The Brand Story

Super 8 Studio, based in Taiwan, is a SaaS and AI-driven interactive technology company that helps businesses enhance competitiveness through intelligent CRM, omnichannel support, and marketing automation. As the company prepared to launch new product lines and elevate its brand positioning, it partnered with Hububble to redesign its website, upgrade its brand visuals, and enhance its digital infrastructure using HubSpot as the core platform.

 

Throughout the engagement (2022/11/12 – 2024/1/25), Hububble supported Super 8 Studio in launching a new product website, implementing HubSpot CRM and CMS, restructuring sales and marketing workflows, and executing SEO enhancements. Together, the collaboration established a data-driven marketing and sales foundation that supports long-term growth.

Identifying the Problem

Before the engagement, Super 8 Studio had already adopted HubSpot CRM, but its usage was limited. Their previous website lacked custom CMS templates and was not built to scale with new product pages, content updates, or marketing campaigns. Without deep integration into HubSpot CMS, the site could not effectively support lead capture or data tracking.

Within the CRM, key functions—such as pipelines, lead segmentation, and automation workflows—were underutilized. This created a gap between incoming website traffic and actionable sales follow-ups, preventing the formation of a complete and traceable customer journey.

 

Brand visuals were also outdated and inconsistent with the company’s evolving identity as an AI- and SaaS-focused technology provider. Combined with limited SEO structure and a lack of strategic content planning, organic traffic growth remained slow and unoptimized.
