Founded in Taiwan, Super 8 Studio is a SaaS and AI-driven interactive technology company focused on helping organizations improve operational efficiency through intelligent CRM, omni-channel customer service and marketing automation. In the midst of launching new product lines and planning for brand upgrades, they partnered with Hububble to completely rebrand, build a new website, implement HubSpot CRM/CMS, and perform SEO technical optimization.
During the partnership (2022/11/12 - 2024/1/25), Super 8 Studio completed the launch of a new product website and established a data-driven marketing and sales process with HubSpot at the core, and Hububble assisted them with all aspects of the project, from website setup and branding to SEO optimization, with the expertise of HubSpot's diamond-level resellers. Hububble used HubSpot's diamond-level agency expertise to help them build a more competitive digital marketing foundation, from website setup and brand integration to SEO optimization.

Identifying the problem
Recognizing Problems
Prior to the partnership, Super 8 Studio was already using HubSpot, but the overall depth of use and CMS integration was still limited. Their old website was not customized with the HubSpot CMS and did not have the flexibility to support new product pages, campaign pages, or content extensions, and it lacked the forms and tracking capabilities to be tightly integrated with their CRM. This weakened the website's role in marketing and conversion, making it impossible to form a complete closed loop between lead generation and business follow-up.
In addition, although the CRM had been activated, the sales pipeline, automated processes, and prospect tagging had not yet been established. As a result, the team was unable to effectively track potential customers, and it was difficult to accelerate business processes through automation. The brand vision had not yet been upgraded, and the website style was inconsistent, making it less appealing to tech-savvy customers.
In terms of SEO, due to the lack of technical optimization and content strategy planning, the website's natural traffic growth was slow, and many SaaS/AI-related search terms were not deployed, resulting in a large number of missed potential search opportunities. With these issues in mind, Super 8 Studio partnered with Hububble with the goal of creating a new website, rebranding the identity, enabling CRM functionality, and strengthening SEO in order to build a sustainable marketing foundation.
