JJNET's original website structure and content presentation could no longer support its transformation into a "solution-oriented" enterprise. The overall information was not well categorized, making it difficult for visitors with different roles (e.g. IT staff, procurement, existing customers) to quickly find the appropriate content when browsing, and affecting user experience and dwell time.

Due to the lack of SEO planning, including keyword layout, page structure and technical optimization, a large amount of potential traffic could not be effectively directed to the site. Even with a complete product line, it was difficult to gain exposure in search results.

There was a lack of integration between the website and marketing tools, making it impossible to track visitor behavior and difficult for the business team to keep track of potential customers' interests and needs. This prevented the website from fulfilling its role as a "business enabler".

Finally, there are also pain points in content management. In the past, the website update process was cumbersome and inflexible, making it difficult for the marketing team to quickly upload new content, limiting the possibility of continuous brand exposure and SEO accumulation.

In this project, Hububble did not just carry out website design and technical construction, but also assisted JJNET to build a core platform with brand image, user experience and marketing conversion ability from the perspective of overall digital strategy.

We made reference to a number of websites of international manufacturers in the same industry, analyzed their common logic in information structure, user flow and visual design, and redefined the direction of the overall website experience by combining JJNET's product characteristics and target customer groups.

At the design level, we emphasize on "easy to find, easy to understand and easy to use". Not only do we enable external visitors such as corporate IT, procurement or existing customers to quickly find the product and solution information they need, but we also optimize the usage of our internal business teams so that they can quickly locate information on the website as a sales and communication tool.

At the same time, we have established a complete design system, from layout, components to fonts and colors, to greatly enhance the professionalism and consistency of the overall brand, as well as the intuition of the backend operation, so that the JJNET team can maintain and update more smoothly in the future.

In terms of system architecture, Hububble fully utilizes the advantages of HubSpot Content Hub Enterprise to help JJNET build a large and scalable website architecture.

The overall content covers products, solutions, success stories and multiple content areas, and is organized in a multi-blog structure to cater to different topics and audience needs.

In addition, we have also introduced a member center mechanism that allows distributors to register and log in to view specific content, and designed a hierarchy of permissions based on different identities to enhance the accuracy and business value of the content.

In order to solve the problem of managing and uploading a large amount of product information, we further build a structured data model through HubDB to systematize the product information, so that JJNET can quickly add and update the content, while maintaining a consistent page quality and SEO structure. With API and advanced automation settings, the whole website is highly flexible for future expansion and integration.

In terms of marketing automation, Hububble helped JJNET to fully implement HubSpot Marketing Hub, allowing marketing teams to manage campaigns and leads more efficiently. By automating the process, campaign signups not only keep track of the number of signups in real time, but the system can also automatically change the status of the page based on the settings, such as automatically closing the form after the signup deadline, reducing the burden of manual operation.

At the same time, we also help JJNET integrate Email, Contact and marketing event data to establish a complete tracking mechanism and list segmentation logics, so that the subsequent list nurturing can be more accurate.

Design Concept

Using "j" imagery to outline a stable and easy-to-read corporate website interface

We extended the flow of "j" and the green dot on top to the overall layout as a visual metaphor for the flow of information and key nodes, and utilized it in subheadings, key indicators and interactive elements, so that users can naturally connect with the brand during the browsing process.

The colors are based on jjnet's established blue-green color palette, with a stable dark base and low-saturation secondary colors, creating an interface atmosphere that is both technological and trustworthy, echoing the expectations of enterprise customers for security and infrastructure stability.

At the same time, we adopt a modular and easy-to-maintain layout structure to break down the diverse product lines and solutions into clear content modules, combining character situations, abstract technology backgrounds and product images, so that when the website continues to expand its content, it can still maintain a consistent and recognizable visual representation of the brand.
