Three Merchants has long been committed to cross-category, multi-brand integration, and its subsidiaries include Williams Associates, Go Williams, Williams Convenience Stands, SimpleCITY, SimpleCity, Heart Park Market, and Yolé Ice Cream. Through the complementary market positioning, product and service strategies of each brand, Three Merchants has successfully created a retail ecosystem that meets the needs of different consumers.
While continuing to expand its multi-brand retail footprint, SMBC acquired OK mart in 2026, significantly strengthening its presence in the convenience store market in Taiwan. This major acquisition symbolizes the Group's strategic deepening in the retail industry, which not only bridges the gap between the existing supermarket channel and urban supermarkets, but also extends the network of multi-point convenience stores across Taiwan, strengthening its ability to grasp the real-time consumption scene of daily life.

With the upcoming IPO of Three Merchants, the corporate website is not only the face of the brand, but also an important window for investors and the general public to understand the company. However, the visual image, information structure and brand integration of the existing website can no longer satisfy the completeness and professionalism required by a listed company.
The company has a number of brands with different attributes and styles, such as Williams, SimpleCITY, Simplicity, Yolé, etc., which need to maintain strong recognition among the brands, but at the same time, must be presented on the corporate website as the integrated vision and value of the "same group". Therefore, it was a challenge to present the positioning of multiple brands in limited space without causing confusion.
In addition, investors expect clear and quick access to key information. From corporate operating structure, financial information, ESG, business philosophy to brand layout, all must be highly readable, credible and structured. Existing websites have inconsistent page hierarchies, scattered information, and a lack of a clear Sitemap, causing users to easily get lost and lowering their professional image.
