Popular Features
Make electronic invoicing a consistent, fast, and trackable daily process in HubSpot
The starting point of invoicing is back to the business organization, so the data does not need to be split out and retyped again.
Every invoice begins with a single transaction.
-
The information of the business opportunity is directly used
Company and contact information is automatically brought in by HubSpot, so you don't have to retype or miss any information. The information comes from the same source, so it's easier to check and transfer.
-
One-click entry of item and amount
Line items, quantity, unit price and total amount can directly follow the content of the business opportunity, eliminating the need to copy and paste and manual calculations, reducing the risk of inconsistent amounts.
-
The same line from transaction to invoice
Invoicing is the next step in the business process, from transaction to invoicing, it stays in the same vein; the status and basis are clear at a glance, and it is smoother to look back and track.
Transparent status, reviewable records, handover and recovery basis
Write back the status of the opening, the progress of no need to ask people and do not rely on screenshots
-
Status Synchronization Back to HubSpot
Opening results and progress are written back to the HubSpot Business Opportunity, so business, accounting, and executives can stay on top of things on the same page, without having to ask people or take screenshots.
-
Pulse and version tracking
Every opening and adjustment is recorded, including key statuses and time points, so you don't have to dig through the mail when you want to track down the cause of a jam or restore the process.
-
Easier handover and reconciliations
The receiver can directly understand the current status, what has been done and the next step; the reconciliation data can be centrally accessible, which reduces the number of back-and-forth confirmations and the information gap.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
We are using another system to create e-invoice, can we still import it?
Yes. As long as you want to build drafts, send them out for creation, and write the results back in HubSpot, we can design the integration to fit your current workflow. Instead of overriding your existing logic, you can rewire key steps and data flows back into HubSpot, so there's no more breakpoints in cross-departmental collaboration.
What information do I need to prepare before importing?
Typically, you'll need a description of your current invoicing process, information about the ECPay settings you're using, and the fields you'd like to present and write back to HubSpot. If the opportunity or item information is incomplete in HubSpot, we'll also help you figure out what information should go back into HubSpot so it's stable to bring in and write back.
Can I use our custom section on HubSpot?
You can. Whether it's project codes, internal identifiers, payment terms, delivery notes, or any of the other fields you use for reconciliation and management, you can incorporate them into your planning in a contextualized way that makes the process truly relevant to your practice, rather than integrating it and relying on additional human intervention.
Can I change the column, flow or presentation if I want to adjust it later?
Yes. The electronic invoicing process iterates with organizational divisions, product offerings, and internal rules, so we can help update the process and interface as you make adjustments, allowing you to maintain a consistent quality of operation while avoiding a return to manual and fragmented adjustments.
